By downloading or using WearShot (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
WearShot provides AI-powered virtual try-on functionality that allows users to visualize clothing on their own photos. The service is provided “as is” and results may vary.
3. User Content
By submitting photos to the App, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process those photos solely to generate your requested result. You retain full ownership of your photos. We do not store or use your photos for any other purpose.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- You have the right to use the photos you submit
- Your use of the App complies with applicable laws
4. Subscriptions and Payments
WearShot offers a free tier with limited generations and a premium subscription (“WearShot Premium”) with expanded access.
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by law
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Submit photos of other people without their consent
- Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the App
- Use the App to generate content that is harmful, offensive, or illegal
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to design, code, and trademarks — are the property of Markus Hammerschmid and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Markus Hammerschmid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
